Emilly was 4 years old and Daniel was 5 when someone dressed them up for a wedding that wasn’t theirs.
They were the flower girl and pageboy, and a photo from that day remained with Emilly for two decades, without her suspecting what was to come. Today, she is 24 and he is 25. They live in Aimorés, Minas Gerais, and are husband and wife.
On Sunday the 4th, the bride posted a video on TikTok that starts with the two of them as children and ends with images from their own wedding. She chose “Legendary Lovers”, by Katy Perry, and didn’t need to explain anything else: “Legendary lovers, because that’s us at 4 and 5 years old, dating… and here we are at 24 and 25, husband and wife”.
Emilly is a dentist and works in facial harmonization. Daniel is a doctor and is pursuing postgraduate studies in psychiatry. The childhood photo no longer shows two guests at someone else’s wedding: now it appears alongside images in which they are the protagonists.
