Charli XCX surprised everyone by revealing that she considers the actor one of those men who are attractive precisely because they don’t seem to be trying to be. She said it during an interview for Playboy alongside Kylie Jenner, when they were discussing what makes a person sexy.
“Jack Black is sexy. He’s funny, talented, cool, and original”, the singer explained. For her, much of the appeal lies precisely in someone who presents themselves authentically and simply does their own thing without worrying too much about fitting in.
And Charli isn’t alone. Elle Fanning had already publicly confessed her huge crush on Jack Black and was even more direct: she called him “sex on legs” and insisted that he was one of the most attractive men she had ever seen.
The statement reached Jack himself, who reacted with his usual humor. He joked that Elle must suffer from a kind of “goblin dysmorphia” that made her see someone attractive where he said he saw a “goblin gremlin”, although he admitted he was flattered.
Apparently, Jack Black found a formula Hollywood can’t manufacture: being funny, talented, and completely himself.
