Journalist Allison Ramirez conducted a curious experiment in 2017: she decided to create a perfume using her own vaginal fluids to see whether her natural scent could prove irresistible to men.

The idea came to her after a friend told her that some women used their bodily secretions as a kind of fragrance to attract partners.

Intrigued by the practice, Allison researched ancient seduction techniques and decided to make her own version.

To do so, she sought guidance from Saskia Wilson, a perfume specialist who helped her select different scents.

She eventually created two fragrances: one with notes inspired by food and another combining roses and cedar.

She added small amounts of her own vaginal fluids to both.

But the most curious part came afterward.

Allison decided to test her creations on several dates to see whether they really made her more attractive.

On one of them, she met up with a friend she hadn’t seen in months. After talking and sharing a few drinks, they began flirting and ended up kissing.

On another occasion, she said a restaurant employee was friendlier than usual.

She also said another man asked her out again after trying her second fragrance.

Although she felt she had gotten positive results, she acknowledged that she couldn’t prove the encounters were due to the perfume.

Her unusual experiment attracted international attention, although there is no solid scientific evidence that using vaginal secretions as a fragrance increases sexual attraction.
