In 2011, Mariah Yeater claimed that Justin Bieber was the father of her three-month-old son and filed a paternity lawsuit in a San Diego court. 👀 According to her version, the two had a sexual encounter backstage at the Staples Center in Los Angeles after a concert, when she was 19 and the singer was 16.

Bieber’s team flatly denied the accusation and described it as “malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false”. The singer agreed to undergo a DNA test to prove that he was not the father.

However, just a few days later, Yeater withdrew the lawsuit “without prejudice”, a legal formula that allowed her to file it again. The results of the DNA test were never made public, and the accusation was never proven in court. 👀

Do you think the withdrawal of the lawsuit definitively closed the case, or did it leave questions unanswered? 👇
