On ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show,’ the 43-year-old actress shared that her daughters Lincoln and Delta —9 and 8 years old according to most media outlets— often order non-alcoholic beer when they go out to eat as a family.
As she explained, the habit began because her husband Dax Shepard, a recovering addict, drank non-alcoholic beer during nighttime walks when the girls were babies, and they simply imitated him as they grew up.
What resonated most was not the anecdote, but the way Bell wrapped up the topic: “You can judge me if you want, I’m not doing anything wrong”.
Health experts warn that these kinds of habits, even if they do not involve real alcohol, can normalize the taste and ritual of drinking from an early age. 🤔
