According to him, several fathers contacted him with concerns because their partners are posting messages of support for Lindsay Clancy, the 36-year-old woman facing trial in Massachusetts over the deaths of her three children in January 2023. According to testimony from her husband Patrick, Clancy became paraplegic after jumping from a window following the tragedy, but her defense argues that she acted under postpartum psychosis.
Thomason has already announced his move: he will use those TikTok videos as evidence in court to try to strip those mothers of their visitation rights. ““We are going to try to strip these women of their visitation rights… and we are going to use their TikTok posts”,” he stated bluntly.
