Police in Thailand arrested Kittikorn Songsri, a 36-year-old man who operated an illegal clinic in his home in Samut Sakhon, Thailand.
Without medical training and with only a ninth-grade education, the fake doctor performed penis enlargement surgeries, a trade he taught himself as a teenager.
The business collapsed after a client reported suffering chronic pain due to malpractice. According to authorities, the detainee charged about 615 dollars per client and treated an average of three people per month under the promise of performing “silicone filler injections” and placing implants.
An undercover officer arranged an appointment to catch him at his home, which was full of unsanitary equipment. Songsri now faces charges for practicing medicine without a license.
