According to Galancho, the foundation lies in ordinary foods, but carefully controlled. He spoke of substantial meals, measured hydration and minimally processed fresh products, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, lean meats, fish and tubers. The idea is not a miracle diet, but planning backed by data.

The nutritionist also noted that Messi makes the job easier through his discipline. At that age, technical quality remains decisive, but daily care allows him to maintain a competitive level and respond physically in demanding matches.
