43 years apart! Kathy Griffin, 65, didn’t ask anyone’s permission. On Thursday, July 9, she posted several photos on Instagram with a 22-year-old man, holding hands, with him opening her car door.
The caption was direct: “He’s 22, do your thing internet 🔥☄️”. Basically, she invited the entire internet to weigh in, and the internet accepted the invitation.
The comments quickly split: some celebrated her freedom after a recent divorce from Randy Bick, while others questioned the 43-year age gap. Even Courtney Stodden, who knows well what it’s like to date someone much older, came out in support of her.
Griffin had already hinted at this in a 2025 essay, where she said she had fallen in love with a 22-year-old man. It seems it wasn’t a passing whim. 😏
