David Jones was fishing on the St. Louis River in Minnesota when he saw a 6-year-old child floating alone and terrified in the middle of the water. 😣
The little boy had been dragged away by the wind and the current after letting go of his father’s boat, so David did not hesitate to approach in his kayak to rescue him.
Thanks to his experience as a former police officer, he managed to keep the boy calm, who was already showing signs of hypothermia from the icy water.
Fortunately, he received medical help in time and the rescue video went viral, so thousands of people called David a “hero” for saving the little boy’s life. ❤️
