A man in Shandong, China, experienced an unusual situation when his head became trapped between the seat and the backrest of a chair. After several failed attempts to free himself, his friends took him to the local fire station with his head still wedged in the piece of furniture.
The images show the man being transported in the trunk of a car with his head trapped in the chair, and upon arriving at the station the firefighters used a saw to carefully cut the wooden structure, managing to free him without causing any additional harm.
According to reports, the man escaped the accident unharmed, although he suffered mild back pain as a result of the discomfort of having remained in that position for an extended period of time, and the unusual episode generated all kinds of reactions on social media, where many users wondered how he had managed to get his head in there.
