Mateo Blanco has spent more than 250 thousand dollars on plastic surgery and, since he started undergoing procedures at age 18, has already had 25 operations.
Among the procedures he has undergone are three Brazilian butt lifts (BBLs), the first of which was in December 2021. However, the results were not enough for him, and he decided to look for new ways to accentuate that part of his body even more.
In 2023, Mateo appeared on the show Botched, where surgeons Terry Dubrow and Paul Nassif heard his unusual request: he wanted a much smaller waist so his buttocks would stand out even more.
However, the doctors refused to perform the procedure. They felt that further reducing his waist to exaggerate his proportions was not an appropriate option. Mateo therefore had to face a different response than he expected, since his goal was to keep transforming his figure.
His case drew attention because of the number of surgeries he has undergone and his desire to keep modifying his body, even after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars.
