Matt Damon met Luciana Barroso in 2003, while he was filming a movie in Miami. She worked as a bartender and was already the mother of Alexia, a girl who was just 4 years old.
When their paths crossed, Matt didn’t see her motherhood as an obstacle; on the contrary, Alexia ended up occupying a very important place in his life.
