Megan Fox has already been a demon, an action heroine, and an object of desire on the big screen. Now she has a role nobody saw coming: she plays a pill.

In a new ad for Ro Sparks, a U.S. telehealth platform, the 40-year-old actress brings the erectile dysfunction medication to life in human form. She wears a skin-tight red catsuit with the product logo and speaks in the first person about its ingredients and effects. The treatment combines sildenafil and tadalafil and dissolves under the tongue. It’s the first campaign for this pill featuring a celebrity.
“Personally, I feel like maybe I was born for this”, she told PEOPLE. And she was firm about the tone: “Why take something that’s already a heavy subject and make it even heavier? It already feels serious, so let it feel fun”.

According to Complex, she and her team asked for the jokes and innuendos in the original concept to be toned down, and she used the spotlight to send a message to men and their partners: talk openly about intimacy and remember that you’re not broken.
It’s an ad for Ro, and although both of its ingredients are FDA-approved, the compounded medication itself is not.
