Women, men, children, and older adults received the high-pressure stream while the priest kept praying as if nothing were happening, adjusting his aim between one prayer and the next. 🙏
According to attendees themselves on TikTok —it was a user named @michoveal who uploaded the video—, the idea was simple: bless more people in less time, without anyone being left without their spray.
The clip went viral within hours and split social media into two camps: those who celebrated the priest’s ingenuity in modernizing tradition, and those who felt the ceremony lost some of its solemnity.
