The video, recorded hours before the match on Tuesday, June 30, shows a Mexican female fan throwing the contents of her cup directly onto the back of an Ecuadorian supporter. He didn’t even see it coming. When he realized what had happened, he tried to complain, but another Mexican supporter quickly stepped in to lower the tension before it turned into something worse.
