Millie was already caring for Daisy before she was born, even protecting her from her own father. No one could come near her beloved little one, her daughter of another breed.
The husky had already done the same with the family’s other 2 children, and the pattern was always the same, as if it were a promise she had made to herself: to care for those children as if they were her own.
And so, the family enjoyed her love and care for many long years, years that eventually turned her face white and clouded her eyes, but never her heart.
Millie passed away in 2025, leaving a huge void in her family. But not before fulfilling her promise: to care for the family’s youngest members until her last breath. 🥺💔
