The 48-year-old millionaire tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson claims to be the first human being to completely clear synthetic contaminants from his reproductive fluids.
The longevity specialist revealed on the social network X that 18 months ago his sperm showed 165 plastic particles and that today the figure is zero. His method consisted of three fundamental steps: using a dry sauna daily, filtering all the water he consumes through reverse osmosis, and eliminating nonstick pans or plastic containers from his home.
Although his studies were not conducted scientifically, research from the journal eBioMedicine in China directly links these materials to infertility.
