Plastic surgeon Ammar Mahmoud, focused on aesthetic and reconstructive procedures of the intimate area in New York, and his ex-girlfriend, model Maya Willow Sias, are facing off in a legal battle.
She sued him for 100 million dollars, accusing him of physical abuse and of using her as a “sex slave” in his Fifth Avenue apartment. Sias claims that in June 2023 he disfigured her face and “injected my face without anesthesia” to hide the bruises.
For his part, the doctor is defending himself with everything he has. His lawyer says the model is a “manipulative woman” seeking to extort him for money. The defense submitted chats and Instagram photos from those same dates showing the young woman partying with friends and without marks on her skin, trying to prove that the assault never happened.
The case remains heated because the surgeon’s ex-wife had already reported him before for very similar behavior.
During the process, the doctor’s high-profile lawyers filed a request to stop representing him. The underlying legal conflict over the millions of dollars remains in place, but it returned to its initial stages in the state judicial system.
