Riva Siggins uploaded two photos of her own body, taken almost at the same moment, and a difference in angle was enough to change everything.

The female performance coach explained that in one image her cellulite and skin lines are visible, while in another her abdomen looks flat and toned. Neither is false. Both show, according to her, “the healthiest and most capable version” of her body, one that ran, competed, and moved as it was meant to.
Her post came just as many women compare themselves to videos of their own runs and end up feeling bad for not looking the way they expected.

Riva wanted to remind them of something simple: a strong body does not have just one shape, and a photo from a single moment does not tell the full story of what that body achieved.
