Nathan Cajina, known on social media as @nathancajina, was born in Orlando with a congenital condition associated with Goldenhar syndrome, a rare disorder that can affect the development of the face, eyes, ears, and spine. In his case, the facial difference was severe: he was born without a nose, without one ear, and without one of his eyes, so since childhood he has undergone dozens of reconstructive surgeries.
