A teenager fled from the police after failing to stop at a checkpoint following a car crash. The girl thought she could evade the officer, but she did not count on him following her all the way home to make her pay for what she had done.
“She thought she could get away, but no one is above the law”
When she saw the police officer at the door of her house, the girl involved played dumb and pretended not to understand what was happening. However, the officer’s body camera had recorded everything, and there was no way for her to deny it.
Not even her father saved her
The young woman tried to rely on one last lifeline by calling her father to step in and excuse her. But after speaking with the officer, the parent understood his daughter’s mistake and even stated that it was not the first time she had gotten into that kind of trouble. In the end, he himself told him to take her to the station.
Because of her arrogant behavior, the girl was locked up all weekend, where she surely had time to think about her mistake so she would never again believe herself to be above the law.
