And the question that divided social media was just one: was it okay or was it too much?
For many, using a tragedy as the backdrop for photos is, at the very least, insensitive. 🙅♀️ “This is not the moment for content”, dozens of users wrote. But others came to her defense: if the images helped spread the word about the solidarity drive and more aid arrived, isn’t that what matters? So far, Faría has not said anything publicly.
