The driver, an athlete known on social media as slightlyoff.balance, was stopped during a police operation for allegedly improperly using her cellphone while driving. The problem arose when the officer repeatedly claimed that he had seen her holding the phone with her “right hand”.
And that’s when the awkward silence came. Because the young woman has that limb amputated. In the video, the officer can be heard insisting on keeping the fine while she tries to explain the obvious. “Swear to God that I didn’t have the phone in my hand. I swear to God.” The penalty was 116 dollars, and the case even had to be resolved before a judge.
