Hetiene Soares had a plan, and a pizzeria suspected nothing.
Her son John Lincoln, 19, had left construction work in Rio Branco, Brazil, because the pay was not enough. He got a job as a delivery driver and, on that first day, without knowing it, he would end up delivering an order to the door of his own home. Hetiene had called the restaurant with one condition: that her son be the one to deliver the pizza.
When John rang the doorbell and recognized the facade, he found the whole family waiting for him with applause and cell phones held high. Hetiene asked him to be the best delivery driver he could be, and ever since then she orders a pizza every week, just to see him for a minute during his shift.
