Despite all the controversy, the use of Ozempic for weight loss among Hollywood stars is a reality. The problem is that the medication does not let them choose where they will lose fat, and many have already gone too far.

But the beauty industry found a solution that is as practical as it is disturbing: using the fatty tissue of a dead body.
The solution is called alloClae, a type of “bottled fat” obtained from donated bodies. The tissue is not injected directly: first, it is processed, sterilized, and treated to reduce the DNA and eliminate living cells. What remains functions as a scaffold beneath the skin that provides volume and allows the body to generate its own tissue, and it has reportedly already been used by more than 2.000 people since May 2025.
But convenience comes at a price that can exceed 100.000 dollars… and risks that are still poorly understood. Sandra paid 13.000 dollars to have it applied to her breasts. Two months later, she began to feel pain and noticed lumps and changes in the color of her skin. The fat failed to develop sufficient blood supply and began to die inside her body. Finally, fluid came out through one of the injection sites.
“It looked oily, lumpy, and yellowish”, Sandra recounted.
Many people reacted with outrage: when someone donates their body, they usually imagine that it will be used to save lives, train doctors, or contribute to science—not to fuel unrealistic beauty standards or enlarge the buttocks of wealthy patients.
