The ANR mayoral candidate announced, in the middle of a political rally, that if he achieves a difference of more than 10.000 votes in the municipal elections on October 4, his four motels will be available free of charge for 24 hours so that the people of Itauguá can “celebrate properly”. No asphalt, no sewers: the prize is his own private rooms.
