A pastor in Nigeria went viral after claiming he could go to heaven and come back… and even promised something more: to resurrect like Jesus. Just like that. In the video circulating on social media, he appears preparing for his supposed “heavenly journey,” while his congregation emotionally says goodbye to him.
According to the story that accompanies the clip, the man said he would rise to paradise and return to tell what he saw. And of course, the internet reacted immediately: some took it as an act of faith, others simply couldn’t believe it.
The scene has everything. Emotional faithful, an almost ceremonial farewell, and a pastor convinced that he could make this “journey” without a problem… and come back. As expected, people on social media started wondering if there was also a return date or if this remained a promise.
