The medical condition involves a disorder that affects estrogen production and can cause significant changes in physical development.
That comparison prompted a comment that quickly drew attention: “He has taken so much testosterone that it has caused him an estrogen deficiency”.
However, there is one crucial detail: there is no public evidence that Musk is taking testosterone or has an estrogen deficiency. The comment is internet speculation, not a medical diagnosis.
The theory likely gained traction because of Musk’s own public comments about testosterone. In 2024, for example, he reacted positively to a post about men with “low testosterone”, which was examined by The Guardian. That, however, does not mean he is using testosterone.
