At 40 years old, the logistics engineer shared how she managed to transform her overall well-being by overcoming the insecurity that kept her from showing herself freely. The mother of 4 children said that for much of her professional career she received constant attacks on her figure, especially after her experiences with motherhood.
Despite having been unfairly singled out for taking care of her figure, she says that the most valuable transformation took place in her soul, allowing her today to enjoy a full and active life in her home community.
