Matt and Jessica decided to change course. At 32, they left their life in Grand Rapids, United States: they sold their belongings, quit their jobs and saved up to buy a boat. The decision came from a routine that no longer made sense to them: “For too long, we spent every weekend in front of the television doing nothing productive or enjoyable. We realized this had to change”.
Since then, the couple has traveled to more than 16 countries and discovered landscapes, cultures and islands. The plan that began with quitting their jobs and buying a boat took them far beyond those weekends in front of the television.
