John Cena explained that he has never felt the desire to have children and that this decision is related to the way he wants to live his life. “Because I want to live life to the fullest”, the actor noted that, together with his wife, becoming parents is not a path they have wanted to take.
According to him, this topic was addressed from the beginning of his relationship with his wife, Shay Shariatzadeh. “We have spoken openly about this. We share the same values”, Cena said, emphasizing that both were honest about their expectations and plans for the future.
Far from regretting it, the couple says they feel fully satisfied with the life they have built together. The actor explained that both find happiness in their present and do not feel that something is missing because they do not have children, a decision that, according to him, they made out of conviction and not obligation.
