Rakim Mayers, better known as A$AP Rocky, had no problem saying it out loud: “my wife has billions, I have multimillions”. He said it plainly, without beating around the bush, on The Jason Lee Show podcast, while discussing his relationship with Rihanna.
It could have been an awkward topic. It wasn’t. The 37-year-old rapper explained that Rihanna’s fortune, estimated by Forbes at 1.000 million dollars thanks to Fenty, doesn’t make him feel even a hint of insecurity. “Her success is never my downfall”, he said, making it clear that he doesn’t need to compete with the fortune she built long before they became a couple.
Together since 2020, they are now parents of three: RZA, Riot, and Rocki Irish. And while many men feel uncomfortable when their partner earns more, A$AP Rocky chose a different stance: pride. 💰❤️
