Metztli is 15 years old, lives with autism, and has not seen her mother since she was 6. Her father, musician Erick Farjeat, took on every medical appointment, every therapy session, and every birthday alone for nearly a decade, while Sabrina Sabrok built her career as a model and singer in Argentina.
On the show ¡Siéntese Quien Pueda!, she herself said it bluntly: “I’m not interested in seeing my daughter; I only comply with what the judge orders me to do, the child support and that’s it”.
She justified the distance by blaming her ex-partner for allegedly placing hidden cameras during visits, something that would have made her feel watched and uncomfortable.
She also acknowledged that she has the same lack of connection with her older daughter, Dulcinea, and argued that no one should stay in a relationship just for the children.
The problem is that this is not about staying with anyone, but about a teenager growing up without her mother and with a condition that needs support. Is paying child support enough to call oneself a mother?
