Mohamed Salah could not hide his anger. Egypt was knocked out of the World Cup after losing 3-2 to Argentina, and the forward came out to speak with his voice choked by helplessness.

“I don’t want to talk about the referee because I’ll get into trouble if I do. It’s sad and frustrating to see every decision go against you during a match”, said the Egyptian forward.

“Everyone saw what happened. I don’t have much more to add”, concluded the Liverpool legend, who preferred not to go into detail so as not to get into trouble with FIFA.
