Sam Neill, 77, told Entertainment Tonight without holding back: working with Jeff Goldblum on the set of Jurassic World: Dominion was a daily adventure that tested the patience of the entire crew.
According to Neill, Goldblum arrived each day with about 50 creative suggestions up his sleeve, ready to discuss every one of them with director Colin Trevorrow.
“I love Jeff, but boy does he have a lot of ideas”, confessed the New Zealand actor, who played Dr. Alan Grant in the original saga.
The curious thing is that Neill was not alone in that dynamic: he himself, along with Laura Dern, also contributed their own ideas during the 2021 shoot.
Far from putting a stop to the flood of proposals, Trevorrow remained open to listening to the three Jurassic Park veterans.
The result was a set where Goldblum’s creativity became as legendary as his character, Dr. Ian Malcolm. 🦖
