Science found a curious difference between men and women when sleeping.

A study conducted by the University of Pittsburgh revealed something that many men say they have felt for years: sleeping next to their wives could help them rest better, thanks to oxytocin, emotional security, and the reduction of cortisol, the stress hormone.

But for many women, something different happens.
Research from Canisius College revealed that several sleep better next to a dog than next to a man, since dogs convey protection and calm without generating emotional tension or as many interruptions during the night.

While love would help relax the male body, in many women the feeling of security would be key to sleeping better.
