A 56-year-old man identified as Brian Mattson was arrested in Sacramento after being caught on surveillance cameras intimidating residents in a local neighborhood.
In the video, the suspect appeared on Rebecca Breen’s porch brandishing a bladed weapon and making stabbing motions toward the entrance to the property last Thursday night.
The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office received multiple alerts from neighbors reporting violent banging on their doors. Fortunately, no injuries were reported because the residents remained sheltered inside. Mattson, who was on probation, was taken into custody on Saturday on trespassing charges.
