Not all women think the same way about their own bodies.
An influencer identified as @almiralegal posted a video in which she delivered a statement that did not go unnoticed: “selling your body is not female empowerment”.
With that, she directly targeted the thousands of women who create content on OnlyFans and often describe their work as a form of financial freedom and control over their own image.
The reaction was swift. Many users came out to defend their right to decide what to do with their bodies and how to earn income, while others agreed that reducing feminism to nudity is also a trap.
The debate is not new, but every time someone stands in front of a camera to judge someone else’s work, it erupts again with the same force. Real empowerment or empty rhetoric behind a screen?
