The singer, through her Pies Descalzos Foundation, joined forces with Amazon Music, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Laboratoria to launch AWS Entrena Latinas, an initiative designed to open up new career opportunities for women in the region. The training will be free and in Spanish, focusing on two fields that are increasingly in demand in the job market: artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
The first phase will launch in Colombia, with students and mothers connected to the Pies Descalzos Foundation. They will be able to access introductory courses and AWS certifications related to AI. ✨
Although the goal covers all of Latin America, it has yet to be confirmed how and when women from other countries will be able to join.
