A 68-year-old woman managed to transform her physical condition and her health indicators by changing a simple daily habit in her diet.

Citizen Beth Hilgartner, a resident of Barre in Vermont, was suffering from an increase in her glucose and cholesterol levels, so her doctor suggested she lose weight to avoid the use of medications such as statins.

After failing with traditional restrictive diets, the patient adopted intermittent fasting using a mobile application called Simple. Through a scheduled eating window, the user reduced 22 kilos of body fat, regaining her flexibility, her energy, and reducing the risk of suffering strokes.
