Alyson Hannigan surprised her followers again, but this time it wasn’t because of a movie or a TV series. The “American Pie” actress shared a selfie with her 14-year-old daughter, Keeva, during an outing to a Jellycat event, and the resemblance between them made many feel like they were seeing double.
The comments came pouring in. “Which one’s which?”, one follower asked, while another wrote to the actress: “Did you know there are two of you?”. Others said they looked like sisters.
But the photo had another special detail. Her older daughter, 17-year-old Satyana, was the one who gave her a themed manicure for the occasion. So, while one of her daughters appeared alongside her in the selfie, the other added her personal touch to her nails. 💅
Alyson, 52, is the mother of Satyana and Keeva with fellow actor Alexis Denisof. The couple met in the 90s while working on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and married in 2003. Satyana was born in 2009, and Keeva arrived three years later, in 2012.
Although Hannigan is remembered for playing Michelle in “American Pie” and Lily in “How I Met Your Mother”, this time it was her genes that stole the spotlight.
