Sarah Fox made a decision few people understand: she would rather be the one holding the camera for her daughter Megan’s blue-page content than leave that job to a stranger.
In an interview, she explained that she has very clear limits on what she feels able to witness. There are explicit scenes she doesn’t want to film, and she said so plainly.
“I don’t want to film her during the act itself. I definitely don’t want to film her receiving it. “
To cope with it, she uses a mental trick: “I switch off”. While filming, she tries to see her daughter as if she were someone else and convince herself that she’s just “doing her job”.
