Some people turn on the fan… and then there’s this woman. Since the heat was no longer giving her any relief, she decided to go for a solution nobody asked for, but that still makes you want to look: building a cement pool above her bedroom.
Yes, above. On the roof. Where anyone would think of putting a grill, a terrace, or nothing at all, she said “a pool goes here”. Zero fear of leaks, the weight of the water, or waking up one day to find the bedroom flooded.
And it wasn’t a little inflatable pool to spend the afternoon in. It was made of cement, with every intention of staying there, as if her house had decided to turn itself into a resort.
Of course the internet started with the questions. Who calculated that? Can the roof hold it? How do you get up there? How do you get down? But while everyone was thinking about the danger, she was probably just thinking about not melting from the heat.
