Simon Cowell, 63, uploaded a video to promote the new season of Britain’s Got Talent in February 2026. It took only minutes for that clip to disappear from his social media.
Excessively stretched skin, artificially white teeth, a drooping lip, and an expression that his own followers described as “evil” were enough to unleash a wave of comments: “What happened to his face?”, “I can barely recognize him”, “Someone forgot to remove the filters”. The producer of America’s Got Talent had already undergone a Silhouette Soft Lift in 2018 and Botox and fillers in 2022.
The curious thing is that months earlier he himself had warned about the risks of overdoing it. “I saw an old photo of myself and I didn’t recognize myself, like something out of a horror movie”, he confessed to The Sun, admitting that even his own son was scared when he saw him. Neither Cowell nor his team have explained what he had done this year.
