Gabriella Suarez, the Venezuelan streamer known as FeirlyGab, was playing Minecraft Extreme live on June 24, 2026.
Two earthquakes just 39 seconds apart —magnitude 7.2 and 7.5— shook the north of the country. In front of the camera, FeirlyGab shouted “I have to go!” and bolted from the set without ending the stream.
Her more than 5,000 followers watched in real time as objects fell around her and the chat exploded with messages from people reporting the tremor from different parts of the country.
FeirlyGab was unharmed, and a few hours later she did what real content creators do: she turned the scare into a joke. She posted the clip on X with this message: “When they said they were going to increase the difficulty of Minecraft Extreme 3, I didn’t think they were going to add special effects.”
The video went viral instantly. The 7.5 quake is the most powerful recorded in Venezuela since 1900, left at least 164 people dead, and prompted a state of emergency declaration. Meanwhile, she was already making memes.
