On Wednesday, October 7, Susan Dell entered the Oval Office alongside her husband, Michael Dell, with huge news: 6.250 million dollars to open investment accounts for American children.

But the announcement took a back seat. Videos of the 62-year-old philanthropist began circulating on social media, and the comments focused directly on her face, her expressions, and the differences from older photos. There was speculation about cosmetic procedures, which she has not confirmed.

While people were still talking about her, the official portrait of Barbera Thornhill, 78, the new ambassador against human trafficking, appeared. It garnered millions of views, and some users even asked whether the photo was generated by artificial intelligence.

Then Kelly Loeffler, former senator and now administrator of the Small Business Administration, joined them with a video of her walking down a hallway.

All three ended up facing criticism over their faces, without any of them proving or confirming that they had undergone cosmetic procedures. Is this the cost of being a public figure, or treatment that men in those same positions almost never receive? Or is it excessive cosmetic surgery?
