The band Blink-182 brought a fan on stage so she could sing “First Date” with them in front of thousands of people. However, the girl didn’t know the lyrics and started chanting another song.
Her improvisation did not go unnoticed, so the band kept playing to cover up her mistake. Internet users commented on the scene and criticized her: “that happens when you only know them from TikTok” and “I have two tickets for Blink-182, will you come with me? -Who?” were some of the remarks.
The incident happened in 2024 in Ohio, United States. Although 2 years have passed, it is still being talked about to this day by the band’s fans.
