On Sunday, August 31, the Colombian actress sat down to dinner with Ed O’Neill, Julie Bowen and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, her Modern Family co-stars, alongside producer Christopher Lloyd. Eleven years of the series, six years since saying goodbye, and there they were again, laughing in front of the camera as if no time had passed.
“With my American family!”, Vergara wrote alongside the images. “I can’t believe 6 years have already passed since the end of Modern Family. I miss you guys”. The post surpassed a million likes on Instagram, with thousands of fans remembering Gloria, Jay, Claire and Mitchell as if they had never left that house in Los Angeles.
