Palmeiras sends its youth teams there once a week, and the first team does the same. At the entrance, there is a sign that explains it all: coaches prohibited, only mentors, a space for freedom and improvisation.
While the rest of the world puts football into screens of data and algorithms, a Brazilian club is betting that the next star will emerge from the dust, without tactics and without anyone telling them what to do.
